Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under sections 346, 366A, 367, 370A, 372, 373, 376, 120B of the Indian Penal Code, sections 3, 4, 5, 6, 7 and 8 of the Immoral Traffic Act, Sections 4, 6, 12 and 17 of the POCSO Act and Sections 75 and 81 of the Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Act.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he
