Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 379, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated persons have been granted bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 22.01.2019 in Cr. Misc. No. 402 of 2019. Petitioner is in custody since 17.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
