The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Narayanpur P.S. Case No.70 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

For a trivial dispute, the accused persons are said to have assaulted the deceased. The petitioner is in custody since 14.07.2023.

Considering the fact that there is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner and also considering the postmortem report, from which it appears that there is only one injury upon the deceased, this application is allowed. 5.

Let the petitioner, above named, be released
