Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ara Town P.S. Case No. 606 of 2022 registered for the offence under sections 21(9)/29 of the N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case merely on basis of suspicion on the confessional statement of the co-accused. Except confession, there is no material against this petitioner. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
