The petitioner apprehends her arrest in Aurangabad Muffasil P.S. Case No. 129 of 2020, registered for the offences punishable under Section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, one Manish with the help of family members killed Amrita Kumari (deceased). It is submitted that specific allegation of stabbing is against co-accused Manish Kumar, Nawal Kumar and uncle (Fufa) of the deceased Amrita. Petitioner is mother of Amrita Kumari (deceased) and she has been made accused in this case only because she is mother of deceased. Similarly situated coaccused have been granted bail by different Benches of this

Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner abovenamed, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Aurangabad in connection with Aurangabad Muffasil P.S.
