2. The petitioner seeks following reliefs:- i. for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent authority not to take any action on the application of respondent authority in taking over the Mahashivpur Dham Durga Mandir of village- Jalapur, Anchal- Kuchaikot,
2/4 District- Gopalganj and registering the same in Bihar State Religious Trust Board Patna.
ii. for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent authority to produce the application filed by the respondent No. 9 before the respondent No.
2 for its perusal and kind consideration before this High Court.
iii. for issuance of writ of certiorari for quashing the order, if any, passed by the respondent authority in this regard on the supplication of respondent No. 9 after calling the same before this Hon'ble High Court.
iv. for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent authority directing them to produce the balance sheet of income and Expenditure of the aforesaid mandir during the period of respondent no. 9 if any, which were filed by him in which period Mandir was in Management of his supervision being a local Mukhiya.
3/4 V. for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent No. 7 and 8 to produce the detail of the land of an area of 2 bighas as they were saying in his report.
vi. for issuance of writ of Mandamus Commanding the respondent authority to keep the mandir in question remain as it is in management of local village committee under the chairman ship/ Supervision of Local Mukhiya for its' proper development and management in real sense.
vii. for issuance of such other appropriate writ or order or direction which may deem fit and proper for best management and development of the Mandir in the facts and circumstances of the case for the ends of justice.
3. A counter affidavit on behalf of the respondent nos. 4, 5 and 7 have been filed by Ms. Manisha Singh representing the State.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he will be approaching the respondent no.2 for the redressal of

5. Granting said liberty, the writ petition stands disposed of.
