Bihar University, Muzaffarpur-respondent Nos.2 and 3 and Mr. Vijay Kumar Pathak along with Mr. Nagendra Kumar Singh, learned counsels for the respondent Nos.4 to 6.

The respondent-J.P. University has filed counteraffidavit. In para 7 of the counter-affidavit, the University states that the Finance Department of the University examined and

Patna High Court CWJC No.22932 of 2019(6) dt.09-12-2020 2/2 verified the claim of the petitioner raised in the writ petition and after verification, all the admissible dues have been paid. The chart of the dues and payment is annexed as Annexure R-1 to the counter-affidavit. Even after 7th Pay Revision, the pension of the petitioner was revised and payment was made which has also been annexed as Annexure R-2.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is some mistake in calculation of pension and revised pension. Taking into consideration the fact that almost entire payments have been made to the petitioner but according to the petitioner, some dispute remains, therefore, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the petitioner to file a detailed representation to the Registrar, J.P. University, Saran at Chapra who shall dispose of the representation within four months from the date of receipt of such representation by a reasoned order and if the petitioner is at all aggrieved, the petitioner may again move this Court for redressal of his grievance. With the aforesaid direction, this writ petition stands disposed of.
