2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 4 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 457 and 380 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is accused of committing theft.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80812 of 2024(3) dt.29-01-2025 2/2 this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M., Dalsingsarai at Samastipur/concerned Court below in connection with Angarghat P.S. Case No. 04 of 2024.

8. The petitioner will also mark attendance in Bibhutipur Police Station District- Samastipur on every Sunday of the month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bonds of the petitioner. (Sandeep Kumar, J) P. Kumar U T
