Patna High Court CWJC No.618 of 2023(2) dt.19-04-2023 2/2 heirs of the deceased employee for claiming gratuity, arrears of pension, G.P.F., Group Insurance, Earned Leave, Time Bound Promotion etc., payable to the deceased employee.
3. The Additional Chief Secretary, Water Resources Department, Government of Bihar, Patna is directed to ensure payment of all the retiral dues payable to the petitioner if he produces Succession Certificate and No Objection Certificate from other legal representative of the deceased employee within a period of three weeks from today.
4. Prayer of the petitioner is allowed.
5. Accordingly, the present writ petition is disposed of.
