The present writ petition has been filed for directing the respondent authorities to issue the certificate of petitioner for final year B.Com mark sheet, degree and migration and also to compensate the petitioner for delay in issuance of original mark sheet degree and migration.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's case is squarely covered by the order passed by this Court in C.W.J.C. No.9683 of 2022 dated 01.08.2024.

Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner is directed to file a detailed representation along with a copy of the order passed in the C.W.J.C. No.9683 of 2022, before the Examination and Controller of Bhim Rao Ambedkar University, Muzaffarpur, Bihar (respondent no.4) within a period of three weeks from today and the respondent no.4 shall pass a reasoned and a speaking order, in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner, in view of the order passed in C.W.J.C. No.9683 of 2022.

With the aforesaid directions, this writ petition is hereby disposed off.
