The grievance of the petitioners is that they were appointed as Panchayat Teacher after following the due process in the month of June, 2012, while they were paid their salary till 2017, but, thereafter, their salary has not been paid by the

Patna High Court CWJC No.21640 of 2019 dt.09-12-2019 2/2 respondents. Thereafter, petitioners along with one Papu Kumar filed their representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada in the month of June, 2019 (Annexure-7), but no any order has been passed regarding the payment of salary of the petitioners, while they were discharging their duties as Panchayat Teachers. 3.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of State, let the petitioners file a detailed representation before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada (Respondent No.5) within four weeks from today, who shall consider the same and pass reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
