The grievance of the petitioners is that they were

Patna High Court CWJC No.21881 of 2019 dt.09-12-2019 2/2 appointed as Panchayat Teachers after following the due process in the month of June/July, 2012, while they were paid their salary till June, 2017, but, latar on their salaries have not been paid, while the petitioners approached to the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada (Respondent No.5) by filing representation (Annexure-11) for payment of salary since July, 2017, but the aforesaid representation of the petitioners are still pending for disposal.

In view of the submissions made on behalf of petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of State, let the petitioners file a fresh detailed representation in respect to their grievance before the District Programme Officer (Establishment), Nawada (Respondent No.5) within three weeks from today, who shall consider the same and pass reasoned order, in accordance with law, within a period of six weeks from the date of filing of representation by the petitioner. 4.

With the aforesaid observations and direction, this writ application is disposed of.
