The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.151 of 2023 registered for the offence under Sections 323, 341, 307, 302, 120B, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioner is to have caused firearm injuries to son and nephew of the informant.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner has submitted that petitioner has falsely been implicated in the present case. It has submitted that there is no specific allegation against this petitioner and he is a member of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79606 of 2023(2) dt.19-12-2023 2/2 mob. It has further been submitted that similarly situated coaccused persons have already been granted bail by different coordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated 07.12.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.78737 of 2023, order dated 19.10.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.68519 of 2023, order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.56907 of 2023. It is further submitted that the petitioner is a man of clean antecedent and he is in custody since 20.08.2023.

Learned APP appearing for the State, opposes the prayer for bail of the petitioner. 6.

Considering the facts and circumstances and similarly situated co-accused persons have already been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Court, let the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail in connection with Parasbigha P.S. Case No.151 of 2023 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Jehanabad.
