1. Heard Mr. Ashutosh Tripathy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Ms. Sangeeta Sharma, learned APP for the State.
2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024 dated 27.06.2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 366A, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the instant matter relates to the disappearance of the informant's daughter from a coaching center and the informant has mainly suspected the petitioner's son of being involved in her kidnapping. The petitioner and her husband have

No.75233 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 2/3 been made accused mainly on account of an altercation between them and the informant when he went to the petitioner's house for inquiring into the whereabouts of the victim and except this, there is no allegation against this petitioner. It is further submitted that the petitioner's husband carrying similar nature of allegation remained in judicial custody for about 4 months and 2 days and during that period the police did not succeed to elicit any fact from him to establish the involvement of the petitioner or her husband in the alleged abduction or disappearance of the victim. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner's own son is also traceless and there is nothing admissible evidence except suspicion raised by the informant to show the petitioner's involvement in the alleged crime of abduction and she is a lady.
4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.
5. In the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the above stated facts, this court is inclined to grant the relief of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above, in the event of her arrest/surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail in connection with Kudra P.S. Case No. 219 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75233 of 2025(2) dt.03-12-2025 3/3 20,000/-(Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S., 2023.
