The petitioner, who is in custody since 21.09.2019 and has clean antecedent, seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No. C-2/615 of 2019 dated 21.09.2019 instituted for the offence under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

18 litres of locally brewed liquor is said to have been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is stated to have been riding on a motorcycle.
