2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Section 140(3) of B.N.S. and latter, Sections 103(1) and 238 of B.N.S. were added.

3. Allegation against petitioner is of committing murder of informant's husband Jitu Ram. On the disclosure made by this petitioner, the dead-body of informant's husband was recovered.

4. Considering the same, the prayer for bail of petitioner is rejected. However, since petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025, the learned Trial Court is directed to expedite the trial.
