2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Section 25(1)a of the Arms Act, registered in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 51/2025.
3. Allegedly, the photograph of the petitioner brandishing a country-made pistol became viral, on the basis whereof he was made accused in this case.
4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He was not available at the relevant time and someone had edited his photograph and made the same viral. It is further submitted that similarly situated co-accused person
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75453 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 has been granted anticipatory bail by this Court under order dated 15.09.2025 in Cr.Misc.No. 50310 of 2025.
5. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM, Manjhaul, Begusarai in connection with Cheriyabariyarpur P.S.Case No. 51/2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) CrPC/482(2) of the BNSS, 2023.
