JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 16-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No. 162 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 406, 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner, who is an Assistant in Cooperative Bank, BranchBeldaur, Chautham, has been falsely implicated in this case. He is neither the Miller nor has any concern with the rice mill in question. During investigation also, nothing has come against this petitioner. In the paragraphs as referred in the order of the learned Sessions Judge, there is nothing specific against this petitioner. Case No. 162 of 2017 subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
