The petitioner, through the present writ application, has prayed for following relief(s):- "That this Public Interest Litigation is being filed for issuance a writ in the nature of Mandamus and
Patna High Court CWJC No.22253 of 2019(2) dt.18-11-2019 2/2 directing the respondents to give permission to deposit money Rs. 11 (eleven) in Co-operative Bank, Imamganj, District: Gaya to become membership of Malhari PACS who has fulfilled of all criteria of PACS Election-19 to added the name in voter list, as their name mentioned in Annexure-3 to this writ petition." Since learned counsel for the State has stated that the election has been notified, we are not inclined to interfere in the matter. However, the petitioner will be at liberty to approach the concerned authority for redressal of his grievance. Accordingly, the instant application stands disposed of.
