The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Buxar(T) P.S. Case No.491 of 2017 registered under Sections 467, 468, 471, 472, 409, 420, 406, 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code. One Bhuneshwar Choubey filed complaint petition alleging therein that the petitioner twice withdrew Rs.1500 from the head of Flood Relief, one place after putting signature and on another place after putting thumb impression. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no official made any complaint about the illegal withdrawal made by the petitioner. The petitioner has already deposited Rs.1500 on 10.05.2016.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of

No.11493 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 allegation made against the petitioner, the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar in connection with Buxar(T) P.S.
