2. Learned counsel for the petitioners has filed a reply to the counter affidavit in Court. Let it be kept on record.

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners' case is squarely covered by this Court's order dated 15.02.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18520 of 2023(3) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 17667 of 2021 (Abhishek Kumar Aman and Ors. vs. State of Bihar).

4. The petitioners are directed to file a detailed representation before the respondent no. 6 (The District Programme Officer (Estt.)) along with all supporting documents and a copy of order dated 01.05.2023 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 481 of 2019 and L.P.A. No. 2185 of 2015 within a period of two weeks and the respondent no. 6 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioners after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through their counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within eight weeks thereafter.

5. It is made clear that the respondent no. 6 shall be liable for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
