The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Rajnagar P.S. Case No. 123 of 2017 registered under Sections 376, 341, 504, 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Regard being had to the inordinate and unexplained delay of more than four months in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner is directed to

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.11806 of 2018 (2) dt.27-02-2018 be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 1st Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Court (POCSO), Madhubani in connection with Rajnagar P.S.
