Petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Shikarpur P.S.Case No.548 of 2022 registered under Sections 302/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in this case. It is submitted that both the parties have compromised the case. In support thereof, a supplementary affidavit has been filed.

No.3037 of 2023(2) dt.06-04-2023 2/2 Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds to the satisfaction of C.J.M., Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Shikarpur P.S.
