2. Petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 191 ( 2 ), 190, 126 ( 2 ), 115 ( 2 ), 118 (1) , 103 (1) , 74 and 352 of BNS. 3 . As per F.I.R., informant alleged that all the accused persons including these petitioners assaulted informant's father by means of lathi and iron rod leading to his death.

4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.77635 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 specific accusation of assault to deceased by lathi and iron rod is against co-accused Mahesh Ram and Ramdev . So far as these petitioners are concerned, allegation is general and omnibus against them. No specific allegation of overt act is alleged against them. Petitioners claim clean antecedent. 5 . Learned counsel for the State oppose the bail petition .

6 Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of these petitioners and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioners, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned CJM Muzaffarpur in connection with Aurai P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 482 ( 2 ) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita ( BNSS) , 2023 .
