2. Petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 302, 201 and 34 of the IPC.
3. As per FIR, all the FIR named accused persons including this petitioner killed the daughter of the informant and cremated her body.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is husband of the deceased but he is not named in the FIR. The name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation by the Spy. There is no allegation against the petitioner that he has participated in the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.76443 of 2025(2) dt.17-11-2025 2/2 murder of the deceased. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.
5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the bail petition.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, clean antecedent of the petitioner and other circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No. 191 of 2024, subject to the conditions laid down under section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
