2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 304(B), 201, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was married three years ago to the deceased, namely, Laxmi Kumari. It is further alleged that Laxmi Kumari (the deceased) was subjected to cruelty, on account of the non-fulfillment of dowry demands; specifically, there was demand for a bike. It is further alleged that she was killed by her in-laws.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. He has falsely been implicated in this case. He has got no criminal

He also submits that the death of the deceased was due to diarrhea and it was not otherwise. During course of trial, the mother of the deceased has deposed as PW-1 and in her examination-inchief, she has stated that her daughter died, due to diarrhea. It is further submitted that the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 07.06.2024.
5. Learned APP appearing for the state has opposed the prayer of regular bail.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Garhan O.P. Ahiyapur P.S. Case No. 676 of 2024 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Muzaffarpur.
