The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.244 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 303(2), 324(4), 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

The petitioner is accused of assaulting the informant causing grievous injury on the head. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that a scuffle took place between the parties over a land dispute and in the said scuffle the petitioner and his mother have also sustained injuries. He further submits that the petitioner's side has also filed a counter case against the informant. 5.

Considering the submissions made on

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75498 of 2025(3) dt.10-03-2026 2/2 behalf of the petitioner and also the fact that there is land dispute between the parties, this application is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned SubDivisional Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran / concerned Court below, in connection with Nautan P.S. Case No.244 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
