JUSTICE ARVIND SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 15-02-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioners and the State. Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Gaurichak P.S. Case No. 252 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 384, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing specific has been alleged against these petitioners. During investigation also nothing has come against them. Apprehending that false case may be lodged against these petitioners, petitioner no. 1 had earlier filed a representation before the Senior Superintendent of Police, Patna vide Annexure-2. There
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7555 of 2018(2) dt.15-02-2018 2/2 is admitted land dispute between the parties for which Title Suit No. 91 of 2017 is pending between the parties. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri Anant Kumar, Judicial Magistrate, Patna City, Patna in connection with Gaurichak P.S.
