2. Earlier regular bail petition of the petitioner was rejected by this Court vide order dated 19.06.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 63797 of 2022 but the fresh ground for filing of the regular bail application is that the victim has been examined during course of trial and she did not identify the petitioner, who was present in the dock. The petitioner is a person of clean antecedent and is under custody since 08.06.2022.

3. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.82892 of 2024(2) dt.14-02-2025 2/2 amount each to the satisfaction of learned ADJ-Ist-cum-Special Judge, Madhepura in connection with Chausa P.S. Case No. 113 of 2022, subject to the following condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
