2. The present writ petition is filed for the following reliefs:

(i) For quashing the order dated 22.09.2021 issued vide letter No.550 by the respondent No.3, Block Education Officer, Cheria Bariarpur, Begusarai whereas the list of teachers has been attached for not engaging teaching job from the petitioner as well as delete the name of the petitioner from the attendance register without prior notice to the petitioner, without any show cause issued to the petitioner.

(ii) For issuance of a direction for payment of salary due to the petitioner against the

Patna High Court CWJC No.390 of 2023(4) dt.04-02-2025 2/3 respondent of Rs.8,14,540/- up to December 2022 total 26 months, petitioner's name is at serial no.18 as well as issue statement of salary.

(iii) For any other relief/relief to which the petitioner may be found entitled to in the eye of law.

3. Considering the relief mentioned in the writ petition, the petitioner is directed to file the appeal before the District Appellate Authority within 30 days regarding the payment of the petitioner, which is mentioned in Annexure-2 of the writ petition.

4. The petitioner is directed to implead the District Programme Officer, Establishment as respondent no. 5 during course of the day.

5. Regarding the payment of salary, the petitioner is further directed to file a representation before the District Programme Officer, Establishment within 30 days and after receiving the said representation, respondent no. 5 is directed to pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law, considering the fact that for 26 months i.e. from November 2020 to December 2022, salary has not been paid to the petitioner, even though she has worked as a teacher.

6. The said representation must be disposed of within

Patna High Court CWJC No.390 of 2023(4) dt.04-02-2025 3/3 one month after hearing the parties.

7. Needless to state that the District Programme Officer, Establishment (respondent no.5) shall be responsible for non-compliance of this order within the stipulated period.

8. If the petitioner is entitled to such consequential benefits, it must be paid within two months.

9. With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition stands disposed of.
