JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 26-11-2024 The present writ petition has been filed for directing the Circle Officer, Jogapatti Anchal, District-West Champaran, i.e. the respondent no.3 to remove the encroachment made by the private respondents over the public road (Aam Rasta), situated at Thana No.5, Village-Gora, Katahari Tola, P.SJogapatti, District- West Champaran, appertaining to Khata No.4, Khesara No.325/33/1.

2. Considering the nature of the relief sought for in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent no.3 by filing

Patna High Court CWJC No.17858 of 2024(2) dt.26-11-2024 2/2 appropriate petition under the provisions of the Bihar Public Land Encroachment Act, 1956, which shall be examined, in accordance with law, forthwith.

3. The writ petition stands disposed off on the aforesaid terms.
