2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 342, 323, 371, 370A, 376, 120B of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3, 4, 5, 6 and 9 of the Immoral Traffic Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, girls were found involved in prostitution. Petitioner's house has been found to be used for immoral purposes. The ladies have stated that they were involved in the said business. Petitioner is in jail since 20.06.2023.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M.F.C.-cum-A.M.2nd, Purnea/concerned Court below in connection with Rauta P.S. Case No. 89 of 2023.
