In this case the petitioner is seeking pre-arrest bail in Makhdumpur P.S. Case No.231 of 2017 for the offence under Section 365/34 of I.P.C.

As per the F.I.R. it appears that the victim was kidnapped for the purpose of marriage and the forceful marriage was conducted. The victim has in her statement recorded under Section 164 Cr.P.C. made allegation of thrashing him against the co-accused, Niraj Kumar @ Niraj.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that he is the friend of father of the girl with whom the victim was married. Save and except there is nothing against him.

No.22603 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 Looking to the facts of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of S.D.J.M., Jehanabad, in Makhdumpur P.S.Case No.15 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of Cr.P.C.
