Learned counsel for the State submits that the relief in the instant writ petition is based on petitioner's assertion that the first empanelled candidate in the process of selection of Anganwari Sevika for Centre No.195 of Ramphal Ke Tola, Ward

Patna High Court CWJC No.22884 of 2019(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 No.3 in the District of Bhojpur, is based on forged and fabricated documents. The application to this effect has been made to the various Authorities. The Competent Authority, however, is the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur, Ara, (Respondent No.5). The petitioner has enclosed the application (Annexure-5) made to the District Programme Officer agitating a grievance relating to the selection process. It is submitted by petitioner's counsel that in view of alternative remedy available to the petitioner under the Anganwari Selection guidelines, the petitioner has already approached the Competent Authority.

Since petitioner has already approached the competent Authority, there is no occasion for this Court to exercise jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India. The writ petition is disposed of with direction to the District Programme Officer, Bhojpur, Ara (respondent No.5) to consider the petitioner's claim and dispose it by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
