Patna High Court CWJC No.1489 of 2023(3) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 pursuant to tender notice issued vide Memo No. B/2129 dated 08.12.2022 and after production of the decision the same may be quashed by issuance of writ of certiorari since, no norms have been followed tender paper has not provided to the other press and even tender notice is itself defective because size of answer sheet can not be of 14.4 C.M. x 14.6 C.M.

in any university examination.

(ii) For issuance of writ of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent to re-tender for supply of blank answer book to the university following the norms of tender, and grant work order to the lowest bidder.

(iii) For issuance of any other appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/ directions for this the writ petitioner shall be found entitled under the fact and circumstances of the case."

The petitioner has remedy under Right to Information Act, 2005. He is permitted to exhaust remedy under Right to Information Act, 2005 and file fresh writ petition insofar as challenging the particular order.
