2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 & 25(9) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita.

3. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner was apprehended by the appellant and he disclosed to the police that he has made two firings during birthday party.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that nothing has been recovered from the possession of this petitioner, rather the recovery was made from the house of Pawan Kumar. Learned counsel for the petitioner has further submitted that the FIR is based on the statement of the petitioner which is given before the police having no credibility. The

5. Learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail to the petitioner.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Sandesh P.S. Case No. 193 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara.
