JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 22-01-2020 Heard learned Counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the State. This application has been filed for modification of the order, dated 17.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 58693 of 2019, whereby the present petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Patna.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that due to inadvertence, in stead of 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1, Jamui', 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna', has been typed in the prayer portion of the anticipatory bail application. He further submits that the petitioner could not surrender before the learned Court

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.100 of 2020(2) dt.22-01-2020 2/2 below within the time granted by this Court and accordingly prays for two weeks more time to surrender before the learned Court below.

Having regard to the submissions made on behalf of the petitioner, let the order, dated 17.09.2019, passed in Criminal Misc. No. 58693 of 2019, be modified to the extent that in the last paragraph of the said order, let description of the Court below be read as 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate 1, Jamui' in stead of 'learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna' and further the time granted by this Court to surrender before the learned Court below is hereby extended by further two weeks from today. Accordingly, this application is allowed to the extent indicated above.
