JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 15-11-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Gorayul P. S. Case No. 271 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 147, 341, 323, 353, 379, 504, 506 of IPC.

As per F.I.R. there is allegation against the petitioners is that they have forcibly entered inside the power house and tried to damage the operators and other articles, causing loss to the tune of Rs.1,50,000/-.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners is that though they named in the F.I.R., but nothing specific has been attributed against them. As a matter of fact, they were protesting for the change of the transformer, for which, they were made accused in this case.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Baishali at Hajipur, in connection with Gorayul P.
