2. The present writ petition has been preferred for the grant of following relief/s:- "(i) To issue a direction to the respondents to handover the charge to the deputy Mukhiya of the said panchayat.

(ii) issuance of a direction/ directions, order/ orders, writs, writ in the nature of certiorari and a direction may be issued to the respondent to complete the work under the scheme of NAL-JAL, Gali Gali and other schemes of the government of Bihar.

(iii) Direction may be issued to the state Government to initiate an enquiry against panchayat officer and other officials who are

(iv) Direction may be issued particularly to D.M, D.D.C. and the District Pancahayt officer to take proper action against the persons has who creating abstractions in the development works under Government scheme.

(v) Any other relief/ reliefs the petitioner is entitle under present facts and circumstances of the case."

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that it will suffice if her case is considered by the respondent no. 1, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur and pass an appropriate order after hearing all the parties in accordance with law.

4. Learned State counsel has no objection to it.

5. In that background and appreciating the stand taken by the petitioner, the writ petition stands disposed of directing the respondent no. 1, the District Magistrate-cum-Collector, Vaishali at Hajipur to take a decision on the prayer of the petitioner and pass a reasoned order expeditiously.
