2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 575 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Section 354(D) of the Indian Penal Code and Section 12 of the POCSO Act.

3. The petitioner is said to have teased the victim girl and also assaulted her. The petitioner is in jail since 19.07.2023.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State and learned counsel for the informant oppose the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80562 of 2023(3) dt.05-03-2024 2/2 let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-7th-cum-Exclusive Special Court, (POCSO Act), Patna in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 575 of 2023.
