The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.129/2018 (S.T. No.211/2019) registered under Sections 392 and 412 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though he is not named in the first information report and the case was registered against unknown accused persons, after he was taken into custody in connection with another case on 27.03.2019, he is being remanded from one case to another and in the instant case he has been remanded on 03.06.2019. He has contended that there is no recovery of any incriminating material from the possession of the petitioner, and till date he

Learned counsel for the State has opposed the application for grant of bail to the petitioner. Considering that except the confessional statement of a co-accused, there is no other material to connect the petitioner with the offence alleged, he is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge-IV, Munger in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No.129/2018 (S.T. No.211/2019).
