Petitioners apprehend arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 498A, 304B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case merely because they are relatives of the husband of the daughter of the informant. Nothing specific is alleged against these petitioners. They are separate from the husband of the daughter of the informant and they have no concern with the family affairs between the husband and daughter of the
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75553 of 2019(2) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 informant. The husband of the daughter of informant is in custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Begusarai in connection with Town P.S.
