Petitioner is accused in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019 registered under Section 341, 307, 427 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of regular bail has been rejected thrice by this Court on 03.03.2020, 14.07.2021 and 11.05.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 15127 of 2020, 16849 of 2021 and 16438 of 2022 on merit respectively. Further he submits that now the fresh ground for grant of regular bail is that the petitioner has been languishing in custody since 24.10.2019 i.e. more than three years and two months. Having considered the above facts and circumstances

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.2284 of 2023(2) dt.11-01-2023 2/2 of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M., Siwan in connection with Raghunathpur P.S. Case No. 36 of 2019.
