JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-02-2020 Earlier the prayer for bail of the petitioner was dismissed vide order dated 29.03.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 2562 of 2019 and the case is under Sections 363, 364, 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that he has in custody since 27.07.2018 and earlier, there was observation to renew his prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within six months.

Heard learned APP and perused the report of learned Trial Court, from which, it appears that out of six witnesses, three witnesses have been examined and he has assured to conclude the trial within six months. In view of the above facts, I am not inclined to
