2. In the instant petition, petitioners have assailed the orders dated 13.09.2019 and 22.03.2018 passed by Central Administrative Tribunal, Patna Bench, Patna (for short "Tribunal") in M.A. Case No. 03/2019 and 04/2019 and in C.C.P.A. 22/2018.

3. In the original application, petitioners' grievance was redressed by the Tribunal in their favour in non implementation of the order of the Tribunal in original application. Petitioners filed contempt petition and it was dropped on 29.05.2014. The petitioners feeling aggrieved and dissatisfied with the dropping of of the contempt proceedings dated 29.05.2014, they preferred M.A. No. 050/00003 of 2019 for revival of the order in contempt petition and M.A. No. 050/00004 of 2019 for condonation of delay in filing revival of the contempt petition. Both the M.As were dismissed. Thus, the petitioners have presented this petition.

4. Orders passed in contempt proceedings cannot be subject matter of writ petition in the light of Apex Court decision in the case of L. Chandra Kumar vs. Union of India and Others reported in (1997) 3 SCC 261 and T. Sudhakar Prasad vs. Govt. of A.P. And Others reported in (2001) 1 SCC 516.
