The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Dhaka P.S.Case No. 356 of 2017 registered under Section 304-B/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Regard being had to the gravity of the offence and the allegation that the daughter of the informant was killed in her matrimonial home within few months of her marriage and within ten days of her Bidai, I am not inclined to grant pre-arrest bail to the petitioners. Accordingly, the application for grant of pre-arrest bail is rejected.
