2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that due to misinformation of the fact that the petitioner was arrested, the earlier anticipatory bail petition of the petitioner (Cr. Misc. No. 68069 of 2021) was withdrawn vide order dated 25.07.2022. He has further submitted that both the parties have compromised and on the similar ground, co-accused Satish Kumar @ Satish Yadav has been granted bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court.

3. The learned court below shall verify the submissions of the learned counsel for the petitioner and if the submissions are found to be true, let the petitioner in the event of
