2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for offence under Sections 126(2), 115, 118(1), 109, 103 and 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., this petitioner gave knife to coaccused Nitish Ram and on the order of co-accused Siyar, coaccused Nitish Ram assaulted son of informant with knife repeatedly, as a result of which, he (son of informant) died.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per F.I.R. itself, co-accused Nitish Ram assaulted the deceased with knife. So far as this petitioner is concerned, there is absolutely no allegation of overt act against her and she is only alleged to have handed over knife to co-accused Nitish Ram.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, period of custody and the fact that petitioner is lady, having clean antecedent, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. - VI, Gopalganj in connection with Vijaipur P.S. Case No. 258 of 2025.
