JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 04-12-2019 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 167, 467, 468, 471, 420, 384 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Admittedly, the petitioner was working as Homegaurd at the relevant time and the tractors in question were seized by co-accused Amit Kumar, who has already been granted privilege of bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
