Patna High Court L.P.A No.793 of 2022(6) dt.20-08-2025 2/2 cover under the Covid 19 pandemic. There is no iota of reference for the aforementioned period except stating the Covid 19 period is covered.
2. At this stage, learned counsel for the appellants submitted that grievance of the appellants has been complied to some extent. In the light of learned Single Judge order there is certain disputed amount which is required to be adjudicated. In that event appellants are permitted to file civil review before the the learned Single Judge and apprise in respect of disputed amount, if any, within a period of three months, failing which, appellants are hereby directed to give effect to the learned Single Judge order in toto.
3. With the above observation, present LPA No. 793 of 2022 stands disposed of.
